& Rise Collection 🧠✨
Facing what is keeping you stuck, healing limiting beliefs and old narratives and stepping into a new and uncertain place IS scary. Those beliefs and your subconscious have been keeping you safe, but you’re starting to realize you don’t need that protection anymore. You’re ready for something MORE. You’re ready to release those old narratives and rise into this new version of yourself.
I have been looking to find a way to make starting or continuing your healing journey more accessible and honestly, less intimidating (and maybe even a little fun)! And that is when this collection was born!
This Release & Rise Collection consists of mini healing toolkits that are tailored to a specific topic (eg., first time mom, emotions & vulnerability, inner child healing, etc.) and will include different tools to help you heal that particular aspect of your life including juicy journal prompts, supportive & nourishing self care practices, coping skills, guided visualization, beyond the ‘I AM’ affirmations, mini EFT tappings for in the moment support AND a tapping session for limiting beliefs related to the theme of the toolkit.

FIRST TIME MOMS
This toolkit will help you build inner trust and strengthen your intuition so you can release unnecessary fear and doubt around how you’re showing up as a parent and step into the mama you were always meant to be.
INTELLECTUALIZERS
This toolkit is for those that feel disconnected from their emotions and are quick to push them away rather than acceot & feel them. Contrary to what a lot of people believe, emotions are actually your BFF. This toolkit will help you embrace your vulnerability and get back in tune with your emotions.
PERFECTIONISTS
This toolkit is for those that struggle with perfectionism and embracing their authentic, imperfect selves. This toolkit will help you rewire limiting beliefs around this need to be perfect to be enough and worthy and instead create and affirm the new belief that it’s safe to embrace ALL of your humanness, flaws and all baby!
BODY IMAGE
This toolkit is for those that believe their worth is tied to their appearance and feel as if they have to look a certain way to be loveable and enough. This toolkit will help you release society’s unrealistic expectations, make peace with your body, and truly believe you are inherently worthy.

For instance, if you are struggling with an eating disorder, the body image toolkit can be a helpful tool but does not replace 1-1 therapy.
